      Board of Directors’ Formation Standards

      • The Board of Directors consists of five members.

  • The risks committee studied the regulatory requirements. As a real estates company, due to the instability in real estate prices, and based on a study on Kuwait’s real estate market, it was noticed that prices have dropped.
