2003
Dalqan Real Estate company was established with the objective of investing in real estate activities in Kuwait and abroad.
2008
The company is listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange market under the “Real Estate” sector, with a capital of 6 Million Kuwaiti Dinar, and 51% ownership to Dalqan Holding.
2021
Restructuring the company's operations, expanding and diversifying its activities to support operations development and offer integrated real estate services in Kuwait market and abroad. In the first half-year of 2021, Dalqan Real Estate company achieved a 39.1% increase in earnings per share with a net revenue increase of 26.49%.
