Dalqan Real Estate Company held the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting today, Thursday, June 17, 2021, to lay the necessary foundations to achieve its future vision for the advancement of its business in the coming period.<\/p>

The assembly also approved the items listed on its agenda, being first and foremost approving the amendment of the company\u2019s objectives and the addition of four new activities to it, which are first, carrying out civil, mechanical, and electrical contracting works, secondly carrying out project management and consultancy related activities in the field of civil, mechanical and electrical contracting, thirdly owning Commercial markets and residential complexes, and finally owning, managing, operating, investing, renting and leasing hotels, health resorts, hostels, guest houses, rest houses, parks, gardens, recreational and sports facilities and shops of various levels, including all the original and supportive services and facilities attached thereto and other necessary services, whether inside Kuwait and abroad.<\/p>

The Extraordinary General Assembly also approved amending Article No. 5 of the Memorandum of Association and Article No. 4 of the Company’s policy.
